The participant hereby expressly agrees to the taking of photographs and/or video recordings of his/her person during the event (Vienna Devops Roundtable) on 19.09.2024 by FullStackS, hereinafter referred to as the "organizer", or by a person commissioned by the organizer. Consent is given free of charge.

The term "FullStackS" includes the following companies:

FullStackS GmbH (Trubelgasse 8/10,1030),

FullStackS Deutschland GmbH (Otto-Lilienthal-Straße 6, D-88046 Friedrichshafen)

FullStackS Schweiz GmbH (Churerstrasse 54, CH-8808 Pfäffikon).

The participant expressly agrees that the organizer may use, reproduce and process the photo and/or video recordings for the following purposes until further notice:

'Publication on websites of both organizers, on social media channels or in other media, as well as distribution for editorial and journalistic use by third parties, for public relations and advertising purposes;
' Publication in internal online and offline media, in particular on the intranet, for internal communication purposes. The participant has the right to revoke the consent hereby granted at any time by sending an email to events@fullstacks.com.

Furthermore, in connection with the use of personal data, the participant has the right to rectification, erasure, blocking or restriction of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
